The Elsie Senior lunch was held Tuesday, February 18th. Little Country Kitchen catered the lunch. Lunch of chicken fried chicken, potatoes and gravy was enjoyed by all. Sandhills State Bank provided a Valentine’s cake. Lyla Hahn and Suzie McClintock celebrated birthdays. The Red Hat Ladies held their February luncheon at the Perkins County Senior Center in Grant. After lunch the ladies played Bunco. Those winning heart-shaped personal cheesecakes were: Delores Woodmancy, Nancy Hanson and Betty Larson all of Grant. Also attending were Linda Newth of Venango, LaRae Garretson and Ardena Regier of Ogallala, Rosalie Curtis of Elsie, DeAnn Zwickl, Ellen Gillett and Joyce Manhalter all of Grant.

The Middle Of Nowhere Bar and Grill was honored as February’s Business Spotlight at the monthly meeting last Thursday.
Chris Loeffler Photography is the Perkins County Chamber of Commerce’s newest member and Chris was present at the February meeting last Thursday to be recognized. Above, Loeffler accepts her first dollar from Vice President Samantha Goff and other members in attendance. Loeffler talked briefly about her business, her husband and best helper Steve, and her love of photography and editing photos with those present at the Feb. 20 meeting.
