FFA sponsored a food drive contest between classes at each Perkins County school for the holidays.

Over 1000 pounds of food was collected by students who brought canned food to school as donations to the local food pantry.

Winning at the elementary was the fourth grade; middle school winner was the seventh grade; and the freshmen won at the high school.

Each winning class was to receive a pizza party paid for by FFA, but each of them decided to forgo the party and have FFA donate $100 to the food pantry in their classes’ name.
