Angel Trees placed in churches PDF Print E-mail

The Perkins County Ministerial Association will be placing Angel Trees in each church in the county and Pinnacle Bank this year.
The project takes the place of the Magi Store held in past years.
The Angel Trees will have cards with the age and gender, toy preference or shoe, pants or shirt size of a needy child.
People may select cards and provide a merry Christmas for a child in need.
Plans are being made to have the trees in place by Nov. 29.
Those wishing to make a monetary gift to the Angel Tree project may do so at any of the churches in the county or at Pinnacle Bank. The money will be used to purchase food baskets and gifts for the families in need.
Anyone in the county who needs help providing Christmas gifts for their child is urged to contact any of the ministers of the county to have a card placed on a tree. No one but the minister will know the names of the children.
Gifts may be picked up Dec. 21 by the families or the gifts can be delivered to the home upon request.
