PCS third at Saturday’s SPVA tournament

For the Perkins County volleyball team last week was a big week and a redemptive week, according to Head Coach Monica Cole.
The Plainsmen had games against Dundy County Stratton and Hershey last Tuesday, then tackled the SPVA conference Saturday.
Although PCS lost to number one seed and eventual tournament champions Hershey (20-5) in the semifinals, the Plainsmen avenged earlier season losses to Sutherland (13-15) and Bridgeport (13-15) before the day was out.\
