PC students place at NPCC skills contest

More than 140 students from 18 area schools recently competed in the 11th annual Skills Contest at North Platte Community College. Those who medaled from Perkins County Schools included Colton Heinemann, first in auto mechanics; Matt Aerni, second in construction drafting; and Josh Johnston, third in carpentry.
