Sandhills State Bank conversion complete 

Western States Bank opened as Sandhills State Bank on Monday, Jan. 28 in Grant, Ogallala and Wauneta. Lobby and drive thru hours are now Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers have until March 1 before their Western States Bank checks are no longer valid.
