McArtor places in essay contest

PCS Junior Sam McArtor placed third in the annual Voice of Democracy essay contest sponsored by Ogallala Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3755. The theme for this year’s contest was “Why My Vote Matters.” Rachel Orth of Ogallala received first place and will advance to District 4 for judging.
