Madrid and Grant fire departments place in dodgeball tournament

The Imperial Volunteer Fire Department hosted a dodgeball tournament held Saturday morning at Chase County Schools. Five teams competed with Imperial No. 1 taking first, Madrid second, Grant third, Yuma fourth and Imperial No. 2 fifth. Firefighters wore full gear and self-contained breathing equipment.
