Richard L. Moore, 67, formerly of Wallace, was sentenced Jan. 13 in Lincoln by United States District Judge John M. Gerrard for production of child pornography.

Sixteen Perkins County students put a dent in global hunger and in their community service hours by packing meals at Mercy Meals of Southwest Nebraska.
Though the Perkins County wrestling team’s trip to the Chadron Invite wasn’t earth shattering by any means, PCS Head Coach Tanner Collins still found positives from the meet.
