Jason and Ashleigh Noyes of Grant closed on the Mastre Homes property at 61 Central Ave., on Jan. 11.

“It’s a central location for all our businesses,” Jason said.

The couple, who owns Noyes Irrigation, Route 61 Roller Dome and Plainsman Inn, are very pleased with the newfound efficiency of having one office with everything in one place.

They did not purchase the Mastre Homes business, just the property. However, they do plan on continuing to offer the services that Mastre Homes provided, taking customers as they come and providing them with the best service to build them the home of their dreams right here in Grant, Nebraska.

Their long term goal in this new venture is to provide more employment to families in the area, and bring new families to town.

“We frankly bought this property to save it and keep a fantastic business opportunity here in our small town. However, local community support is crucial as we have experienced before in our previous ventures, and the support this community provides has proven to be unsurpassed,” said Jason.

They are very close to rolling out their first home, which is scheduled to be set on its foundation this April. Jason’s hope is to get a couple projects lined up for the next 6-12 months, but they plan to take things slowly.
