Estate planning clinic offered for seniors

A free estate planning clinic for seniors ages 60 and over is being offered by the Agency on Aging in North Platte.
Student attorneys from the UNL College of Law will prepare documents such as simple wills, power of attorneys, health care power of attorneys, and living wills for seniors at no charge.
The student attorneys are in their last year of college and supervised by their professor. All of the work for the documents will be done over the phone, and on July 21 the students will meet with the individuals they have assisted in person at the Lemoyne Senior Center to have the documents executed and notarized.
Anyone interested is asked to call (402) 472-3271 before June 15 to register. Appointments are limited.
