Kevin Tickle’s generosity was honored Tuesday morning when Tickle’s family and Perkins County Health Service Foundation staff gathered at the new memorial plaque by Hugs-N-Teddy Bears daycare at the hospital. Kevin’s estate made it possible to remodel the daycare.
