Ball and Carlson

Elliot Carlson of Grant, and Selam Ball of Great Bend, Kansas, are excited to announce their engagement.   

The couple met while they were students at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. Both graduated from FHSU in May, 2018.      

Carlson is currently employed at the UNL Center for Brain, Biology, and Behavior as a concussion research assistant.

Ball, the bride-to-be, received an HPSP scholarship as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army, and is a first-year student at the UNMC College of Dentistry in Lincoln.

Parents of the couple are Mark and Krista Ball of Great Bend, and Mike and Alyson Carlson of Grant.

The couple is planning a July 13, 2019 wedding in Lincoln, Nebraska.
