Sheriff’s office busy with several cases PDF Print E-mail

The Perkins County Sheriff’s Office has been busy with several cases.
On July 1, at 4:42 p.m., Gladwin Ensz, 54, Grant, was picked up for a Keith County court arrest warrant for failure to appear or comply with citation. Ensz was transported to Keith County jail and released to Keith County authorities.
Also on July 1, at 6:42 p.m., a 17-year-old Madrid male was arrested by Perkins County Deputies on a Perkins County Court arrest warrant for failure to appear or comply with a citation. He was transported to Keith County jail, booked, released on Personal Recognizance Bond.
On July 2, at 10:15 p.m., Earl D. Small, 44, of rural Elsie, was arrested on Perkins County charges of possession of marijuana more than one pound, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm while possessing marijuana with intent to distribute or manufacture, Lincoln County court arrest warrant for no proof of insurance, driving under suspension, no valid registration, and failure to appear or comply with a citation.
He was transported to Keith County jail, booked, housed. Bond set at $75,000 - 10 percent Cash by Judge Edward Steenburg. Perkins County court arraignment was set for July 16, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
