Sweet and easy by the pound
By Ashleigh Noyes
I know I recently gave you a recipe to try for my jam. The good thing about this jam is that it is not too thick so you can use it multiple ways–on toast or other breakfast foods, as ice cream topping, or in the following recipe. Its multiple uses are endless if you have some imagination.
Dice up chunks of pound cake. You can either make it or buy it at the store for super easy prep on short notice. Place a few cubes in the bottom of a small drinking glass. Top with a heaping tablespoon of jam. Layer again one or two more times. Top with a big scoop of Greek yogurt or whipped topping and garnish with a few fresh berries. A super quick and easy treat for family and friends.
