It will never get easier

This Valentine’s Day Jason had gone to pick up Alexa so Landon, Jace and I decided to make a special dinner for us all. One of my dear and near friends Amie Friesen gave me the perfect dessert to go with my V-day meal. I knew we wanted to have heart shaped quesadillas, heart shaped garlic bread, but what for dessert? As the conversation went on she gave me a great little quick easy salad recipe to use as a sweet treat following our meal, and I tell you my kids ate the whole thing in a matter of two days! See for yourself.

Super Easy Salad

1 pkg, cream cheese softened
1 container Cool Whip
1-2 cups of your favorite fruit
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Cream together cream cheese and Cool Whip and mix in fruit. Serve chilled.
