Keeping it easy as (cake)

When we want easy, we want easy. Now this recipe is my easiest yet!!! As a busy mom with two kids running circles around me and the another rolling across the room, I don’t have the time for fancy anymore! So, this is what it all boils down to when I need dessert in a crunch.

 

Easy Cake

1 box white cake mix
1 can fruit pie filling

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk

Prepare boxed mix as directed. Spread evenly in 9x13 pan. Spoon fruit pie filling of choice over top of cake batter. Bake as directed. You may need an additional five minutes or so due to the extra filling.
Let cool.
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake.
