Frenchman Valley donates $10,000 to local FFA chapters PDF Print E-mail

Frenchman Valley Coop, along with CoBank, has donated $10,000 to the Nebraska FFA Foundation to support local FFA programming. The check was presented to local chapter representatives and Nebraska FFA Foundation Executive Director Stacey Agnew at Frenchman Valley Coop’s Annual Meeting.
Their donation goes to support the annual I Believe in the Future of Ag fundraising campaign. McCook, Waunteta-Palisade, Dundy County, Chase County, Perkins County, Kimball, Creek Valley and South Platte FFA Chapters were all selected by Frenchman Valley Coop to receive funds as part of the fundraising campaign.
“Frenchman Valley Coop is extremely proud of the efforts put forth by our local FFA members toward academics, extracurricular activities and the various FFA projects they challenge themselves with. We continue to believe in the mission of FFA,” says Dough Ohlson, human resources and member services division manager.
The I Believe in the Future of Ag fundraising campaign is a project by the Nebraska FFA Foundation with the goal to help raise money for Nebraska FFA at both the state and local levels. To donate to the local FFA chapter, go to neffafoundation.org, visit the local Plains Equipment Group or Farm Credit Services of America location or visit with a local FFA member.
