River’s Edge Golf Course in North Platte was the site of two meets within one competition on Thursday, May 3.
The two competitions, SPVA conference meet and the Irish Invitational, were hosted by the St. Pat’s Irish.
With the leadership of Mitchell Ferguson, St. Pat’s won both meets with a team score of 336.
In SPVA action, Chase County took second place, scoring 358, and Perkins County was third with 362 points.
Finishing in the top 10 were Perkins County’s Cole Whalen in fourth place with a score of 84; Alex Johnston, seventh, 90; and Colton White, ninth, 93 points.
Whalen was the only Plainsmen to finish in the top 10 in the Irish Invitational, in which he placed sixth.
