Adams Bank promotes employees
Chad Adams, President of Adams Bank & Trust, has announced the promotions of Michelle Kalin, Megan Jehorek and Kerri Anderson.
Michelle Kalin has been selected to lead the bank’s retail effort on the Internet and will be working on the Business Process Manager software in the short term.
In 2012 she will fill the role of regional president for the bank’s virtual, non-branch specific banking channels.
In her 22 years at the bank, she has been responsible for a wide range of customer services, most recently as the retail manager for the bank.
She is a graduate of the Nebraska Bankers Association Leadership Program class and Advanced School of Banking.
Megan Jehorek has been promoted to retail manager. In this role, previously held by Michelle Kalin, Megan will be responsible for the Adams Bank & Trust retail team in both Colorado and Nebraska, including their sales and operational duties.
Megan has been with Adams Bank for five years and previously held the position of western Nebraska regional retail coordinator. She received the Adams Bank & Trust Best of Success award for 2010.
Kerri Anderson will be assuming the role of western Nebraska regional retail coordinator and will be responsible for Brule, Chappell, Lodgepole and Ogallala’s retail teams.
Kerri has been a personal banker and sales team business development specialist with Adams Bank & Trust, and has been with the bank for over 20 years.
She was recognized for achieving excellence on the top sales team for Adams Bank & Trust in 2010.
Adams Bank & Trust is taking the steps to bank future generations, by launching access to more financial services through new and innovative channels.
The goal is to allow customers to “bank without borders” and avail them to bank products around the clock.
The promotion of these three individuals is a large step in this process, and the bank is excited about the opportunities these promotions bring to their organization.
