|Interim study to be held in McCook|
The public is invited to join Senator Mark Christensen and the Judiciary Committee in conducting an interim study examining Nebraska’s laws regarding a person’s right to self-defense by the use of force with the “Castle Doctrine” LR 430.
It will be held Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. at McMillen Hall Room 201, McCook Community College, 1205 E. 3rd Street in McCook.
The meeting will be open to the public for testimony.
