Wallace Fire Auxiliary to hold second annual holiday extravaganza PDF Print E-mail

The Wallace Fire and Rescue Volunteer Auxiliary is a newly organized group with the goal of supporting the Wallace Rural Fire and Rescue Department with food, water, shelter and other needs while the department is answering a fire or rescue call, as well as get involved in community events.
The group was organized in 2008 and began fund raising last fall, with their first Christmas Extravaganza featuring local home-based businesses and craftsmen selling their products. The event also included a bake sale and meal for a free will donation.
The second annual Christmas Extravaganza is planned for Nov. 14 at the Wallace Community Hall from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Once again, home-based businesses and direct sale companies as well as local craftsmen will have items for sale. Vendors can purchase the use of a six-foot table for a fee to display items.
Doors will open for vendors at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. for the public.
