PCHS Foundation offering ‘Lunch and Learn’ PDF Print E-mail

A free “Lunch and Learn” is being sponored by the Perkins County Health Services Foundation on Tuesday, Aug. 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m in the hospital conference room.  
This event is open to anyone interested in learning about estate planning, wills, durable power of attorney, succession of property, trusts, health care directives, gift taxes and charitable giving.  
No one is too young to plan for the future.  
Brett Ebert is an attorney for Baylor Evnen, L.L.P. in Lincoln.
She is a member of the firm’s business and commercial and trusts and estates groups.
She specializes in estate planning, real estate law, entity formation and charitable giving.  
She is originally from Lexington and now lives in Lincoln with her husband.  
She received her Juris Doctor with distinction from University of Nebraska College of Law and her bachelors of journalism with high distinction from University of Nebraska.  
She is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association; Nebraska Women’s Bar Association, Lincoln Bar Association and was the 2013 Outstanding Law student with the National Association of Woman Lawyers.  
She also belongs to the Cather Circle and Lincoln Downtown Rotary Club.
PCHS Foundation director, Jody Snogren said, “I had the opportunity to hear Brett speak at the spring conference for Nebraska hospital foundation directors in Lincoln.
Brett tackles subjects that most of us see as confusing and makes them easy to understand.”
